Former US president Donald Trump has been ordered to pay writer E. Jean Carroll $5 million in damages after a Manhattan courtroom found him guilty of defamation and sexual abuse.
In a trial in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday local time, the jury found Mr Trump liable for defamation and sexual abuse.
