According to the DOH in its latest weekly report, this translated to a daily average of 1,143, which was 12 percent lower than what was recorded from November 7 to 13.Meanwhile, only two or 0.03 percent of the total cases were tagged as severe or critical, bringing the active number of severe or critical cases to 568.
Meanwhile, a total of 93 deaths were added to the country’s COVID-19 death toll — 28 of which occurred in the past two weeks, while the rest were backlogs recorded as early as Sept. 2020.
