MASON Amos said he has notified the Ateneo Blue Eagles management about the offer he received from De La Salle Green Archers but admitted that he did not inform his mother team about his decision to accept the offer. Amos , who averaged 8.87 points and 3.4 rebounds for Ateneo in the UAAP Season 86 last year, said that choosing La Salle over Ateneo is 'a personal decision' for him and his family.'It's been a tough week with a decision I made due to my reasons.
'Although I did mention the offer to the management, they weren't informed about my final decision as well as my teammates because I felt that it was a personal decision for me and my family.'The 6-foot-7 Amos acknowledged his insensitivity and apologized to the Ateneo community.He said he does not expect the Blue Eagles to forgive him but hope that they can understand where he is coming from.'However I will apologize for not being considerate.
