“A few minutes later, Mr. Daniel Macdonald pulls up in a red pickup truck. As a result of that, Mr. Roebuck goes over to Mr. Macdonald’s vehicle and a physical fist fight ensues.” “Shortly thereafter, Mr. Macdonald comes home. Mr. Roebuck then goes at a trot across the street, across a lawn. He comes around a jeep that is in Mr. Macdonald’s driveway,” the prosecutor said.Roebuck then returned to his residence, stopping briefly to speak to other neighbours before going inside, Mercier said.Article content
