Just yesterday, dashcam footage showcasing the incident where Johor regent Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim’s escort had punched a deaf e-hailing driver in Kuala
Lumpur was released to the public.
According to the Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Razarudin Husain, who spoke to BERNAMA, internal action has apparently already been taken against the escort by Bukit Aman’s Department of Integrity and Standard Compliance .Investigation papers on this case have also been sent back to the Attorney-General’s Office after the police received instructions for further investigations on July 22 .
“The people want to know what the action and punishments are. Or at least showcase him being taken to court. His face isn’t even being revealed or what colour when being brought to court. Is he really so untouchable? Don’t turn PDRM into an embarrassment.”
