KUALA LUMPUR: Dewan Rakyat proceedings were brought to a halt this morning after Deputy Communications and Multimedia Minister Eddin Syazlee Syah fainted during the question-and-answer session. Eddin had appeared pale and weak during a discussion on open burning between Wong Hon Wai and Zuraida Kamaruddin .
