It's really lucky no one got killed... two metres back would have been killed."Parts of scaffolding have fallen from a building in the Sydney CBD, sparking an emergency response.Police said emergency services were called to a Pitt Street construction site at about 9.30am. Commuters are advised to use Kent Street or Elizabeth Street instead.
