Moore said while certain events took place in the home on Thomson Avenue N.E. where the complainant said he was lured, exactly what happened remains unclear.All three face multiple charges including aggravated assault and unlawful confinement in connection with incidents on April 15 and 16, 2019, when the complainant says he was repeatedly a viciously assaulted.Article content

Parsons and Nordvall also face charges of robbery and sexual assault with a weapon, allegations which were stayed against Schollen on Wednesday at the close of the Crown’s case. Prosecutor William Tran said much of what the complainant, who can’t be identified under a publication ban, said was corroborated by other evidence gathered by members of the Calgary Police Service.

Tran said while Schollen wasn’t present for the sexual assault of the victim and didn’t take part in ordering him to transfer what in total was $12,000 into the pockets of his assailants, she was still a party to his assault and confinement.
