SEREMBAN: Pakatan Harapan and Barisan Nasional should quickly decide whether they will work together in the elections to be held in six states due in the next few months, says Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.
The PKR vice-president said based on information he received, the Pakatan presidential council would be meeting Barisan leaders soon and a decision should be reached by the end of this month.
The six states that must dissolve their respective state assemblies this year are Pakatan-controlled Negri Sembilan, Selangor and Penang and PAS-controlled Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu. “I have bumped into Tok Mat in Parliament and other unofficial events but we did not touch on this,” he said, adding that this could only be discussed and decided at the top level.
