The Federal Court has denied Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s bid to revive plans for a 45-storey serviced apartment block in Taman Maluri, Cheras.

The court ordered DBKL and Pavilion Integrity to each pay costs of RM90,000 to the owners and residents, who were respondents in the application, while the federal territories minister and the government were each told to pay RM20,000 in costs to the owners and the residents. “ made willy-nilly with no proper and credible reports to explain the deviation from what had been disclosed in the city plan,” Lee had said.
