Dead By Daylight fans have an exciting month ahead of them. Right now fans are still able to enjoy the excellent 2v8 mode event, but this will soon come to an end. Fortunately, just before its conclusion, players on PC will be able to move onto the 8.2.0 PTB. Here you will find the DBD update 8.2.0 PTB patch notes that include buffs for many killers and perks. You can check out the Dead By Daylight August 2024 roadmap so far to see what’s coming out this month.
To get it back up and running sooner, we’ve reduced the repair requirements slightly. Chemical Trap: Reduced activation requirement to 20% generator repairs . Reduced trap duration to 40/50/60 seconds . Dev note: Chemical Trap’s previous requirement was a little steep for the effect granted. We have significantly reduced the repair requirement to allow it to come into play more often.
