Davao de Oro judge in hot water over 'birthday bash' amid COVID19 lockdown
MANILA – The Supreme Court said Tuesday it has issued a show cause order against a Davao de Oro judge and her staff who held a birthday party for the former in possible violation of quarantine guidelines set to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus disease.
The high court directed the Office of the Court Administrator to submit a report within 15 calendar days as to whether or not there were violations committed by Cruz and her staff.
