PUTRAJAYA: 'Datuk Roy' - or Mohd Hussein Mohd Nasir - has been released on bail after having been held on remand to assist the investigation relating to the Jana Wibawa probe.
PUTRAJAYA:"Datuk Roy" - or Mohd Hussein Mohd Nasir - has been released on bail after having been held on remand to assist the investigation relating to the Jana Wibawa probe.
Also released with Mohd Hussein was an unnamed former court deputy registrar who was also remanded to assist in the same investigation."Both men had cooperated fully during the investigation and they can be called again for further investigation if necessary," he said. Mohd Hussein was first held on a three-day remand granted by the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court under Section 17 of the MACC 2009 in connection to the Jana Wibawa scandal.
On March 9, the MACC arrested four people aged between 40 and 50, including an MACC officer and a woman.
