Former US president Donald Trump has lashed out at the Supreme Court and the Democratic committee that voted to publicise the tax records showing he paid no tax during his final year in the White House.

A Democrat-controlled House of Representatives Committee publicised six years of tax return records on Friday in a final move before the Republicans take control in the lower house.
