When a reporter asked what he would do to improve the DTES, other than talking to people, Harding replied: “When I talk about talking to people, I’m talking about bringing key stakeholders to the table. There’s been a lot of talking going on, and I’m not talking about talking because talking is getting us nowhere, we’d love to see some action. So my thoughts are that we bring people to the table that are decision-makers.
