“At this time, there have not been any non-compliances identified,” commission spokeswoman Lannea Parfitt said in an email.The company said it has been inspected on this pipeline more than 500 times, getting a completely clean bill of health on 90 per cent of inspections, well above the 82 per cent industry average. It said regulators have not identified any non-compliance at the Clore River crossing.
