“We understand the importance of providing an exceptional living experience for Acro Residences guests. Adding more services and amenities, such as a pool, will be in our priority development pipeline. We recognize a need that has not been fully tapped, and AcroCity aims to be the solution for both businesses and consumers,” CZM Group general manager Romy Pagulayan said.
T12 Polo Industrial Estates within AcroCity has built 66 warehouses and storage facilities that are available for sale or lease. Its strategic location provides easy access to major transportation networks, including highways and ports, facilitating efficient logistics and distribution processes for businesses operating in the area.
