Author Douglas Murray has slammed a viral video of a transgender girl experiencing period pain, claiming it is “absolute nonsense” and deeply offensive to men, women and “anyone who has got a brain”.
He said people can’t get period pains if they do not have a uterus and people like this transgender girl are “making everyone look like fools”.
“What we see is of course this cultural weirdness going on in our time, it is a form of mass psychosis, a form of mental breakdown,” he told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “And among other things, a way in which young people who don’t see many prospects for themselves for being interesting can claim to be interesting.”
