Two local men no longer face charges stemming from an "alleged illegal event" that took place during the height of pandemic restrictions in January 2022.
At the request of the Crown, Sudbury Justice of the Peace Erin Olesen-Schinke marked the charge as withdrawn. Hunter and Coderre were accused of failing to comply with an order not to host or organize an indoor public event.
