Over $3,000 worth of copper cable was taken from the site

Crime Stoppers of Sault Ste. Marie and the Sault Ste. Marie Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects in thefts from a construction site.

The first occurred on Sept. 3, early in the morning, when a man got onto the site and took a reel of copper cable valued at over $2,000. The next night, a woman was caught on surveillance climbing a fence to gain access to the site and took scrap copper cables valued at over $1,000.If you can help identify either suspect in these thefts, call Crime Stoppers at 942-7867 or 1-800-222-8477.
