“Creepy” US President Joe Biden being “handsy, inappropriate and invading people’s personal space” was something the US media used to note, Sky News host Rita Panahi says.
A video recently posted to Twitter captured footage of Mr Biden placing his hands on the shoulders of a young girl and can be heard saying: “Now, a very important thing I told my daughter and granddaughters – no serious guys till you’re 30”.
“Yeah, that’s not creepy at all, is it? Getting into a young girl’s personal space and telling her not to have any boyfriends until she is 30,” Ms Panahi said.
