“The Crave documentary contains allegations of sexual abuse and sexual misconduct, which makes the entirety of the segment and Crave documentary defamatory,” the lawsuit states. “The defamatory content and the comparative defamatory content . . . suggests that CGC and Mr. MacAuley are perpetrators and concealers of assault, harassment and abuse of their student/athletes.”Article content
