Century City Mall, the flagship mall of real estate developer Century Properties Group Inc. , held its Christmas Tree lighting ceremony on Monday evening, signaling the start of its festive season.
“After three long years, it’s so so exciting for us to be all together physically in person. Zoom was fun for forever for a while. But there’s nothing that can truly replace seeing all of you seeing all these happy faces, especially from the kids, during this Christmas season,” Jose Marco R. Antonio, CPG president and CEO, said during the ceremony.
He said the group is hopeful for a bounce back with the re-opening of the Philippine economy that shoppers will return to its mall, especially during the Christmas season. During the season, Century City Mall will have a program that invites its mall goers to donate to ChildHope Philippines, an organization helping feed and educate the street children of Metro Manila.
