JOHANNESBURG - Professor Salim Abdool Karim says within ten days, South Africa should expect a slight rise in COVID-19 cases.COVID-19: Ramaphosa urging SA not to lower guard "We need to be aware that the threat is ever-present. We need to ensure that infections continue to decline. We expect that there may be a slight increase in cases. Around the 28 of August.
