Couple die in Baling crash

A COUPLE died and their two-year-old son was injured in a crash at KM41, Jalan Baru Kulim-Besut, near Baling, Alor Star, last night.

He said the couple’s son, Amar Rizqi, who was sitting on the rear seat, suffered a head injury and the skin of his left hand was burned, and he was rushed to the same hospital for further treatment. “The impact caused the van to skid and collided head-on with an Isuzu four-wheel drive vehicle driven by a male teacher,” he said in a statement today.
