At the time, Surrey RCMP said these acts of aggression and intimidation towards media or the public were “unacceptable.”On Friday, RCMP said Vojislav Zmukic, 56, has been charged with one count of assault. He has since been released on bail. He is scheduled to appear in Surrey provincial court on March 3.
