IPOH: The eldest daughter of Kdr Muhamad Amir Mohamad, who was killed in the helicopter crash in Lumut, described her father as a man of few words who always fulfilled the needs of his children. Nuraina Farhana, 16, a student at Kuala Kangsar Vocational College, said she was in class when she learned about her father’s demise.Nuraina, who stays in the school’s dormitory, said she received the news from her teacher while attending a pastry workshop at the school.“The memory that will last forever is about my father taking me to play futsal when I was a child,” she told reporters outside the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital’s Forensic Department on Tuesday .

Amir, the Commanding Officer of Squadron 502, leaves behind his wife, Marliati Basri, 40, and three children. The two other children are aged 13 and four.
