PETALING JAYA: Police have launched an investigation into a groundbreaking ceremony in Kuala Lumpur which involved a recitation of prayers (doa) by a Muslim alongside rituals involving non-Muslims.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Allaudeen Abdul Majid said a report was lodged over the matter last Tuesday, Sinar Harian reported.“An investigation is being held by Bukit Aman’s classified crime investigation unit ,” he was quoted as saying. He also urged members of the public against speculating on the case.
