Johor Baru South OCPD Asst Comm Raub Selamat said police received a report over a video posted on social media showing a man throwing an object into the restaurant.
"A police report had also been lodged by the 35-year-old owner of the premises," he said in a statement here on Monday . "The explosion broke four windows, and no casualties or injuries were reported," he said, adding that the investigation is still ongoing.
