Continuous rain warning for four states until Feb 1

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued orange and yellow alerts for several areas in Sarawak, Sabah, Pahang and Johor until Feb 1.

The orange alert is for severe-level continuous rain warning and the yellow is for continuous heavy rain.

Continuous heavy rain, meanwhile, is forecast in Pahang , Johor , Sarawak and Bintulu) as well as Ranau, Kota Belud and Sandakan in Sabah.
