Isinilbi ng pulisya ang warrant of arrest sa 52-anyos na lalaking construction worker na wanted sa kasong murder.

Ayon sa pulisya, mahigit 30 taon nagtago ang lalaki.

“Nagtago po siya sa may Biliran, Leyte and nung later years nandito lang siya sa Barangay Kaligayahan dito sa Quezon City. Nagpalit lang po siya ng mga alias na ginagamit,” ani Police Lt. Col. Francis Siriban, ang station commander ng Pasong Putik Police. Sa impormasyon na hawak ng Quezon City Police District , 1993 pa nangyari ang krimen sa Sta. Ana, Maynila.“Allegedly kaalitan po niya na naging sanhi ng pamamaril sa ating biktima. Lumabas po yung warrant year 1998,” dagdag ni Police Lt. Col. Siriban.Itinanggi niya ang krimen at aminado siyang nagtago.

“Hindi po talaga ako ang gumawa non katunayan po nadawit lang ako nadamay lang po ako kaya nga po hindi ako makapagtrabaho nang maayos dahil may ganon sabi nila may kaso raw po,” giit ng naarestong lalaki. Nakapag-return of warrant na ang pulisya at hinihintay na lamang ang commitment order mula sa korte. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
