Condo admin na 'nagkulong' sa 3 nurse dahil sa COVID19 scare kinasuhan na
MANILA - Kinasuhan na ng National Bureau of Investigation ang mga opisyal at security personnel ng isang condominium building sa Quezon City na nagkulong sa tatlong nurse sa kanilang mga condo unit.
Kasong serious illegal detention at paglabag sa Quezon City Executive Order No. 26 s.2020 na layong protektahan ang mga karapatan ng coronavirus disease 2019 frontliners ang ikinaharap ng mga sumusunod: Nag-ugat ang naturang reklamo matapos pigilan ng mga nasasakdal ang 3 nurse na makalabas sa kanilang condo unit nang 3 araw sa kabila ng pagpapakita ng clearance na negatibo sila sa coronavirus disease 2019 .
Sumaklolo ang NBI subalit hindi rin agad pinalabas ang mga biktima dahil hinihintay pa umano ang clearance mula sa barangay.Giit ng lady guard at security-in-charge na nagbantay sa unit ng mga nagrereklamong nurse, sumusunod lamang sila sa utos mula sa mga opisyal ng condominium building na sina Tosco at Brinas sa kanilang paniwalang ligal ang utos.
