The fifth district covering Binalbagan, Hinigaran, Isabela, La Castellana, and Moises Padilla municipalities, and Himamaylan City, has 302,714 voters, the first district covering the towns of Calatrava, Salvador Benedicto, and Toboso, and the cities of Escalante and San Carlos has 258,527 voters; The seven legislative districts are composed of 19 municipalities and 13 cities, with 662 barangays, 13,004 established precincts, 2,484 clustered precincts, and 747 voting centers.
