"On days like today, when the temperatures are plummeting and its -30 C, there are people outside, there are youth on the street that we need to get off of the street," she added. "We've got a good lead sponsor this year, Reabel's Plumbing has sponsored us with $5,000, so that's wonderful," Kelly said.
"On really cold days, everybody is talking about how cold it is and you're thinking about it but the truth is that even on a night that's -5 C, someone who's trying to sleep outside is not doing well," Kelly said. "They're our community members, and they matter."
