The Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type except motorcycles but which ends up mostly for bigger cars, was priced at $123,000, up from $120,889. Commercial vehicle COE finished at $83,140, up from $81,801, while the motorcycle premium closed at $10,709, down from $11,001.are not having a significant cooling effect on prices because companies and fleet operators continue to be a major influence.
