Co-operatives in Sabah need to achieve exemplary success, including joining hands with the Government and the private sector in improving the State’s economy, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
He said the State Government will always provide support and assistance to all efforts carried out by co-operatives, including Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad , in further empowering the economy and well-being of the people of the State. He is confident that the co-operative sector in Sabah is capable of generating revenue and meeting the needs of members and community, especially in using the wealth of natural resources and the power of tourism.
