Having the opportunity to be up close with your favourite idol is rare - but unfortunately, some fans take that opportunity for granted and behave

inappropriately with their idols. Recently, CNBLUE fans were livid after a concert-goer seemingly groped the band’s frontman Jung Yonghwa when he approached the crowd.

The South Korean rock band was in Hong Kong recently, performing for their CNBLUENTITY concert. During the performance of one of the tracks, the frontman approached the front barricade to get closer to the crowd. However, as he stood on the metal barricade, fans in the front began surging towards Yonghwa and reaching out to touch him. Amidst the chaos, one fan seemed to take the opportunity to reach their hand under Yonghwa’s shirt, directly touching his torso.

Some fans also felt sympathetic towards the 34-year-old singer, saying he must have felt uncomfortable in that situation but couldn’t do anything to stop the fans. A few fans even noted that Yonghwa tried to adjust his shirt after the incident, showing that he felt uneasy about the interaction. Many also used the incident to remind fans attending CNBlue’s other concert to be mindful of their actions, especially when interacting with the band members.
