This year marks the 50th anniversary of the event at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park.
The City of Prince George has stepped up to host the popular Canada Day in the Park event at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park on July 1.
“Together we are celebrating a 50-year tradition in the City of Prince George. This is a great accomplishment for our community, and I look forward to welcoming all residents to Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park on July 1,” Mayor Simon Yu said. A food pavilion will offer tastes from around the world, provided by 18 local food vendors and organizations. The kids zone will feature a bouncy castles, face painting and crafts.
