City Hospital upgraded to Level 1, expands services

SERVICES like surgical procedures such as cesarean sections and comprehensive maternal care are now available at Mandaue City Hospital following the upgrade to Level One status by the Department of Health , enabling the facility to offer expanded services.MCH Administrator Ligayan Lakambini Dargantes said in an interview on Friday, Jan.

Other services In addition to surgical services, MCH can now offer care for conditions such as dengue, stroke, and mild pneumonia, along with providing maternity care, dental services, X-rays, laboratory services, a blood station, and a pharmacy. Dargantes added that these services, which were suspended in 2019 during the hospital’s downgrade, have now been restored.
