City continuing to assess alternate uses for former Greyhound station yyc yyccc
A city spokesman said the city originally planned to find an anchor tenant for the site in exchange for low or nominal rent.
He said they are considering hiring a consultant that could help develop plans for repurposing the site and building. That work could include assessing the condition of the property, recommending necessary repairs or upgrades, market research and engagement with potential tenants, among other things.
He said there is no specific time frame on when this will all happen because the site has been generating revenue as a flexible space for other uses.
