“Has anybody from the province or CPS reached out to administration to possibly implement a similar project to provide supports to our city?” asked McLean.“That said, I know that we have not heard from the province yet about the opportunity to work with the sheriff’s office, and my understanding is Calgary Police Service has not either,” she said. “So we’re standing by very keen to explore how we can reach further and do more in this important space.
