“As a professional group in the logistics business, we have taken measures to help enhance the logistics industry in Sabah,” said the organisation’s Chairman, Dr. Oh Ei Sun, in a statement.He said the improvement of Sabah’s logistical infrastructure, notably the transportation network, would aid in the efficient movement of products and services. “Investments in road, aviation, and marine transportation infrastructure will also assist to connect Sabah with other regions and nations,” he said.
“Supporting these organisations through membership, partnership, and sponsorship can assist to improve the logistics industry in Sabah,” he said.He thanked Deputy Chief Minister III cum Sabah Minister of Works Datuk Shahelmey Yahya for inviting CILTM Sabah Section to participate in the Sabah Transport Masterplan task force and expressed the desire to be closely affiliated with the Ministry.
