The Cavite police rescued a 21-year-old Chinese national from her kidnappers at a Bacoor, Cavite subdivision and arrested three alleged abductors - fellow Chinese nationals.
According to Emil Sumangil’s Tuesday “24 Oras” report, police recovered a handgun, bullets, duct tape, handcuffs, and other evidence from the suspects.The Bacoor police said a resident of the subdivision reported that there were illegal activities going on at the house.
Based on the investigation, the victim is an Information Systems technician who arrived in the country to work.
