Some of China’s biggest seafood traders say they expect to resume imports of Australian lobster as early as May.

| China’s seafood traders say they are confident Australian lobsters will be back on banquet tables in China by the second half of the year as Beijing prepares to wind back sanctions on $20 billion worth of exports.said on Monday they were preparing for a lifting of the unofficial ban on Australian lobster as early as May and the resumption of more direct flights to Australia.
