JOHOR BARU: A nine-year-old has been caught on camera vandalising property at a block of flats in Pasir Gudang here.
Seri Alam OCPD Supt Mohd Sohaimi Ishak said in the 64-secong video clip, a girl is seen scratching several cars and throwing some of the residents' clothes pegs off the verandah of one floor.
"We found out that the incident actually took place at around 2pm on Feb 17 and it was a one-time incident."After the incident, the woman met with the car owners and apologised on the girl's behalf and they settled the matter amicably in view of the girl's age," he said here on Sunday . Supt Mohd Sohaimi advised the public to monitor their children and educate them well so they do not get involved in negative acts.Article type: free
