Major congestion has been reported outside the popular family attraction which is holding a members day
Visitors hoping to go to Chester Zoo say they have been forced to turn around due to 'horrendous' queues into the wildlife park.

In response to the complaints, Chester Zoo said in a statement online that its car park management teams are currently directing traffic and trying to help those in and out of spaces.
