While the walks of the last few days have been hard to take in all of the hurricane damage, it is comforting to maintain whatever part of your regular routine that is possible.
If you have never been part of a team running event, I can tell you it is a lot of fun and provides a sense of team responsibility. Many businesses sponsor these team events to provide a platform for employees to share some non-work-related time together. Team building is key; you are a relying on each other to get the big job done, one section at a time.
