“We noted there was a significant issue with insects and sanitation. Upon assessing the risk to the public, we issued a health order to close the premises on Oct. 4," he said. “That was following six treatments by the pest control company during that time and a significant improvement on sanitation," Neale said.
Must be a full cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work surfaces before the business opens for the day and after it closes.Must store food, utensils and cooking utensils in pest proof bins.“Gaps and crevices were filled to prevent the entry of pests into the premises, and they’ve agreed to continue contracting pest control on a monthly basis, with inspections weekly to ensure everything is going in the right direction," Neale said.
