The company is currently in discussions with potential partners and conducting due diligence before finalizing any deals. CLI aims to launch both horizontal and vertical developments in Luzon, expanding its portfolio beyond the Visayas-Mindanao region.
Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), a property developer based in the Visayas-Mindanao (Vis-Min) region, is in discussions with two potential partners for its planned expansion into the Luzon real estate market. The company's Chief Finance Officer, Grant Cheng, stated that CLI is conducting due diligence on market demand, technical feasibility, and legal aspects before making any acquisitions.
CLI has identified General Trias in Cavite and Pasig City in the National Capital Region (NCR) as potential locations for its Luzon developments. The company aims for a horizontal development in Cavite and a vertical project in Pasig City. CLI previously reallocated P1.91 billion from its recent follow-on public offering to fund land acquisitions. In addition to Luzon expansion, CLI plans to launch seven to nine new projects next year, targeting key non-NCR markets like Cebu, Cagayan de Oro (CDO), Palawan, and Davao. These projects are expected to contribute to record sales and housing unit deliveries
