“What you’re talking about are interpersonal issues,” McDougall-Merrill following Tuesday morning’s regional council meeting inside council chambers.As for the Johnson’s resignation, “I’ve already given you all the information from my end. I don’t dig into a human resources file and disclose that information. I don’t think that’s inappropriate.”
McDougall-Merrill told the Post in May that Johnson-MacVicar “brought an incredible passion. But this role is very specific. And … if there is a time where that person is not performing the duties as expected or requires some guidance, it is my job as a supervisor to acknowledge those issues.”
